RICS valuers are the world’s most highly respected providers of valuation services. At the heart of this remarkable level of credibility sits the RICS Valuation Standards - the Red Book. The microsite has been built to promote RICS Valuation Standards and allow RICS Members to download The Red Book.

Brief Description: As part of their global strategy RICS wanted to establish a presence in India. We created a microsite to promote RICS and their services within the sub-continent. This formed part of an overall print an online branding package.

Brief Description: Working in partnership with RICS and The Vanilla Pod we created a microsite to introduced the RICS Affiliate scheme to enable like-minded professionals, in the world of property, to benefit from the knowledge, research, services and facilities that RICS has to offer.

Results: Client continue to be impressed with the quick turnaround and minimum fuss manner in which the jobs are carried out.

Brief Description: Working in partnership with RICS and The Vanilla Pod we created a Microsite with the facility to download RICS’s new best Practice guideline. Instead of sending out to all their 16,000 members, they chose an online solution to allow their users to be able to download the whole Guideline, or individual chapters.
Details: Site designed, built, hosted and maintained by adrich. PHP and MySQL solution as well as being AAA compliant.
Result: The print and post cost savings alone more than covered their outlay for the Microsite. The huge success of the project has prompted other departments to follow suit. The site is currently live.

Brief Description: Working in partnership with RICS and The Vanilla Pod we created a microsite containing information about RICS Regulation aimed at the public, members and firms.
Details: Site built and maintained by adrich. XHTML and CSS solution as well as being AAA compliant.
Result: One of the first sites we built for RICS. Client were happy to build on the relationship and we have since carried out a number of other projects for them, including other microsites and newsletters.
